If you have technical problems or questions about the application, you can contact our support team via a personal support request in our ticket system, by telephone, by e-mail or by remote maintenance via the Internet with direct access to your screen.

Do you have a support contract?

If you have a support contract with us as part of licensing with your company, the support service is already included for you.

Do you have a disability?

We offer our licenses and support completely free of charge to people with disabilities.

Users without a support contract and without a disability

Licensees without a support contract or users of the free version are charged 40 EUR (plus VAT) per started quarter hour for the support service. The charged support unit is 15 minutes. *

For licensees without a support contract and without disability: The service is charged. We charge all requests on the phone, personal ticket requests, remote maintenance services and e-mail requests at this rate.

For convenience, a contract is formed by implied action. Telephone answers and appointments for remote maintenance are available during our support hours. Written answers to questions in the ticket system or e-mails can also be obtained outside of support hours.
